Shipping Policy
Every item at Scrub Squad Apparel is made to order — nothing is pre-made or held in stock, which means there's a short production window before your order ships. Delivery timelines vary slightly by product, since some items are fulfilled domestically and others internationally.
Tops (tees, crewnecks, hoodies): fulfilled from our U.S. facility.
- Production time: 2–4 business days
- Shipping time: 5–7 business days
- Total estimated delivery: 7–11 business days
Bottoms (sweatpants, shorts): fulfilled internationally.
- Production time: 2–4 business days
- Shipping time: 10–25 business days
- Total estimated delivery: 12–29 business days
Ordering both? If your order includes both a top and a bottom, items may ship separately, and your order will arrive in the longer of the two timelines above.
International orders (outside the U.S.): All items ship on the international timeline listed above, regardless of product type, and may be subject to customs duties or import fees determined by your local government.
Order tracking: Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
