Refund & Return Policy

Since every item at Scrub Squad Apparel is made to order, we're not able to accept returns or exchanges for reasons like sizing, color preference, or a change of mind. Each piece is printed specifically for your order once it's placed, which means we can't restock or resell returned items the way a traditional retailer can.

We do stand behind the quality of what we send you. If your order arrives defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us within 14 days of delivery at markermugbusiness@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll make it right — either a replacement or a full refund, your choice.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If something's wrong — a printing defect, damage from shipping, or the wrong item entirely — reach out right away so we can resolve it quickly.

Non-returnable items

Because all products are custom-printed to order, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges outside of the defective/damaged/wrong-item cases above.

European Union 14-day cooling off period

If your order is shipping into the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt, without needing to provide a reason, per EU consumer protection law. Since our products are custom-made to order, please note this right may not apply once printing has begun — contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel.

Refunds

Once we've received your defect/damage report and confirmed the issue, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to fully process and post the refund.
